Rice Rd. Home Addition – Madison Mississippi
The main goals of this project was to add living space, add storage and create a maintenance free exterior. The addition gave the owner’s a new master suite with balcony, upstairs laundry, kids den / media room, office, 2 car garage, and full bath accessible from pool area. The majority of the exterior covered with board/batten style metal siding and all roof areas covered with residential metal roofing. Front and rear porches covered with synthetic decking to eliminate the ‘once a year sealing’ headache.
